Since our founding over a half-century ago, we’ve been known for our Biscuitville biscuits made fresh every 15 minutes™, right in front of our guests–which is why we’ve been called the Home of the Biscuit Window Since 1966®.
We believe that Local has a Flavor® all its own. That’s why our classic Southern breakfast features locally sourced ingredients like our flour milled by a 4th generation, family-owned company in Henderson, NC; eggs fresh from farms in Monroe, NC; country ham dry-cured in Wilkesboro, NC; coffee roasted in Concord, NC; waffles made by a family-owned company in Tennessee; honey produced by a family-owned company in Winston-Salem, NC; and all-natural chicken raised on family farms in northern Georgia and South Carolina.
We’re big on partnering with local farms and family-owned businesses. In fact, we like to think we’ve created our very own restaurant category, which we call Farm to Drive-Thru.®
